Low prices and poor service from Shoprite

I went to Shoprite Delmas to buy airtime and juice the moment I got in one old lady approached me and asked me to check for her a price for potatoes (10 kg) that is next to the entry point. I did try but couldn’t find the price. I then asked the old lady to stand next to the bag while I go find her somebody to help her. I couldn’t see anyone so I asked a lady (Fikile) who was at the first express till who ignored me and then I asked her if she wasn’t going to entertain my request she rudely told me she didn’t know the price then I asked her to get someone to assist the lady who was still standing next to the stack of potatoes then Fikile told me to go tell the lady to bring the bag to the till so that they would check the price for her. I then told Fikile to do it herself or send someone to do that which she rep**** by saying she was not going to leave the trainee alone and worry about a bag of potatoes

I kept quiet because I sensed the ending wasn’t going to be a pleasant one. The part that hurt me was when she started mocking me saying “isaka lamazambane” which is “a bag of potatoes “

I didn’t like her attitude and told her but she didn’t care. I was very disappointed about the service I got. I don’t think I will ever buy there again.
