Lost Wallet at Shoprite Paledi

<p>Lost my wallet at Shoprite Paledi Mall in Mankweng Polokwane this morning while shopping for special.</p> <p>Someone searches me and ***** my wallet which had R1000 cash in it. I ran to the security to report, and they referred me to the floor manager who said to me upfront that there is norhing he can do, the store is full.</p> <p>I then asked if Camera cant help, was told that it will be difficult as the store is full.</p> <p>The security reffered to a lady called "Mevrou" she instructed the security to search bags for my wallet..of which they did while on it..a lady cane with my wallet an hour later claiming that she found it in a basket.</p> <p>Unfortunately my money was already gone. I could have aaved my money of my matter as a customer was dealt with urgently.</p> <p> </p> <p>But I was not valued as a customer, this is very dissapointing for a company like Shoprite which we reapect and love..if they cant protect their customers, how do we continue to shop with them.</p> <p>I woke up at 4 am dis morrning to catch the sale only to loose a R1000 which I could have used to shop for my family.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is hearbreaking and I wish you could deal with such behaviour that the store gave me...and if possible check the camera to see the culprit who took my wallet and post the picture of that person on the notice board to alert other people to be careful of that person.</p> <p> </p> <p>Hope my matter will be attended to. </p>
