Lost property inside Shoprite

I was at Shoprite Naledi lost my phone there on Saturday. Can Shoprite review a security video for the 24 February I was at the till at 15: 15 pm. If you at it on my way out the cashier picked up a phone and yet they tell us that they didn't find a phone.
