Lost money

I had a very bad experience today with Shoprite Soshanguve Crossing. I placed an online order of Sixty_60, while driver was on the way she claimed to get lost to reach her destination. I took my phone to call her back and directed her, she then cancelled the order and had to place another order when i was told my cart has a credit of the same amount, however that was not the case and would like to know when will i get my money back as now on the app the order shows as if it was delivered. Can i kindly get a quick response to this.
