Lord of the FLIES

The bakery section of the store looks like an open air meat market, with flies swarming over confectionery and bread. Poor standards seem to a norm at this store. Even the bread trolley used is filthy. Supplying affordable bread is no reason to drop hygiene standards. There are two ultra violet fly units with in the bakery section which hardly seem to be sufficient.
