long wait in queues due to pension payout

we regularly shop at the above store and experience the same problem every month. we follow a long queue and don't mind the wait however what we notice every month is that pensioners and people collecting the child support grant are brought to the front of the till points by management and the tellers are paying them out. this causes the rest of us to wait even longer than usual in the queue. during the time that we are following the queue at least 3 to 4 people are allowed to withdraw without following the queue at all. we shop at other stores like PICK & PAY CHATSWORTH AND CHECKERS HYPER IN SHALLCROSS and do not experience this as they have designated queues for the pay out. i do not understand how a billion rand company like shoprite cannot have a proper system in place to cater for these people without causing an inconvenience to the rest of us that are following the queue patiently. this also leads to customers arguing and screaming at each other and also shouting at the tellers whilst management looks on and does nothing about it.we have complained to the tellers about this and they said that there is nothing they can do about it as management sends them to the teller.
