Long queues - No help :(

Hi,<br> <br> Yesterday the 7th of Sep I went to Shoprite at Protea Gardens with the intention of buying tickets via computicket. The queue was about 20m when I got there, it took an 1hour30munites to get to the front of the line, when I get there, they tell me that the machine that prints out tickets is not working, and it has not been working the entire afternoon. I was obviously not impressed with this after waiting in a queue for such a longtime, I asked why they dont have a sign to notify customers and she rep****, we are not allowed to put up notification signs. This is ********, you wasted my time waiting in such a slow queue only to be told that there's nothing that can be done. Can someone explain why my time was wasted?
