long queues
Old management is gon, who truly made a difference in the service provided to clients. New management in an service levels drop. How can u have 2 people at the money market kiosk on the busiest day of each month. It's all pay an us cucustomers who is purchasing bus tickets have to stand here. I'm in a queue for the past 20 minaj still I only moved 2 steps. If possible shoprite can u ask computicket to take the service away an open there own branches around the country. This is a sad day to see that service levels drop so fast.
