Long queue and the bakery sucks

I was at shoprite dube,the service is so so bad that I don't ever want to shop there anymore. Walked in at around 9:30am and only three tills ilopened with the longest quue's. I ask to speak to a manager and out came a woman who is the manager,spoke to her,complained and she told me that they only start with only three tills until 11am where they see is the busiest but I asked,is it not busy now that we have three long slow quues? She had no answer,then one guy came and asked why do we get break that was baked yesterday and the bakery there is appalling cause even if you buy rolls,they have holes and are stale,so she told me they are short staffed and I said that is not our problem cause we also got places to go and old people standing tired. Below par service and we spend our hard earned money to shop for nonsense they are providing.
