Long ques, no manager

I wanna complain about the pathetic service we are getting from ShopRite in Carlton Centre, I stood in a qué for 20 mins only 3 tills operating during peak hours, I asked the lady who is a cash office supervisor Nicol about the situation and she told me i need to speak to the manager, I asked for the manager was told he is in Newtown, asked for the assistant and was nowhere to be found eventually after paying i insisted i need to speak to someone responsible in the store and a lady who is a stock controller came and attended to me, and she advised they have a shortage of cashiers ohh really now, i do not blame that lady as she is not responsible for the shop front, as a business you need to do better, we cannot be waiting in long ques, we do not go to your stores to hangout, fix your schedule issues please and improve service levels.
