Long hours in the queue after work

Good day, there is a wildly irritating occurrence that has been transpiring at the somewhat new Shoprite Store in Johannesburg CBD Joubert and Kerk where Edgar’s used to be. The waiting time after 4pm is ridiculously abnormal , there is no way patrons can be in line for more than 30-45 minutes just for groceries, it is a habitual system that is really not working for us , customers. There must be a way that pressure can be alleviated from customers who are tired and exhausted from a long days work , to come and stand close to an hour in the queue. Please ,please look into this.
