Lizzy didn't allow me to pay 1 item at kiosk

Good day<br> <br> I went to Mkhuhlu Plaza at Shoprite and took a box of Milo since it was one item decided to que on the Kiosk que after getting to the tills Lizzy said only items in d kiosk can be paid. Asked her to called the manager because I have been a Shoprite &Checkers customer for years no one ever said u can only pay for cigarette at the kiosk. She refused to call the manager and there was no express till and it was packed in the shop. And the fact that she instructed me to go look for the manager was very unprofessional of her.
