Living bugs crawling inside Fattis and Monis Macaroni

Shoprite Denlyn mall is the dirtiest shoprite I've been too, today I bought a pack of Fattis and Monis Spiral Macaroni to my worst nightmare I found living bugs crawling inside the Macaroni bag. What makes me angry is that this is not the 1st time I come across such things. This proves that this is gross negligence, the store is not cleaned properly, the shelfs are dirty, the list is just long. I then spoke to the Food Store Manager by the name of Thabo Kgomo and he became sarcastic by saying I should complain to Fattis and Monis because its their product, they are only responsible for the instore cooked foods. This is sad because it's people's health at risk here.
