Liquor sold to underage teeanagers

in the Liquor outlet at Checkers Herm**** this morning (11am 23rd December), the cashier served two female teenagers purchasing spirits eg whiskey, vodka. next to the cashier is a notice board bearing the following "NO tobacco or alcohol to be sold to people under the age of 18". These teenagers were 15 or at the most 16 years of age, corroborated by another customer. The cashier did not request thier ID's let alone ask them how old they were. This is ******* and Checkers could have its liquor licence withdrawn.
