Leave your trolley at the Door

The Shoprite Store that has recently opened has now installed poles at the door and we are told that no trolleys are allowed past the poles. If you have groceries you are now going to have to carry them one plastic at a time to your car.

The store only has 2 trolley porters and now I do not understand as to why the trolley are not allowed to leave the store as your groceries are in the trolley and now the parking is still within the premises. This is store located in the CBD and I fail to understand as to how we are not allowed to push our trolleys to the car to pack away our groceries.
