Leak of customer consideration

The staff at shoprite Gezina branch are very inhospitable and careless when servicing customers.They serve each other at tills holding the line as they do their internal purchases. On Sunday when I went there a cashier name Lebogang was helping one of the employees name Veronica.Holding up the que and she had to change tills.Julia who wore the controller Bob defended their behaviour when a guy and I started complaining.Julia only came when Lebogang and Veronica where done wasting our time but chose to defend their actions without hearing our side as the customers.

Take Julia for service recovery training.And let shoprite staff make way for customers before serving their own needs.Withoit customers bringing in money their salaries won't be seen.
