LATE PAYMENT PROCESSING

I am unhappy with the way Shoprite Centre Forum Pretoruis handle their banking. Early hours of today 2019/09/03 around 03:27 i was waken by bank notifications saying that money went out of my acc which was my last money in the account, 2 transactions were submitted R750 and R800, which keft my bank account in overdraft of R890. When i went to my bank to enquire about this the consultant called their head office to find oit and i was told that this are transactions for the 19July 2019 which were not banked then apparently shoprite notified the bank abiut what they were to do but we as clients were not notified about all this. Why would a transactions for mis July be banked only now. SOMEBODY DID NOT DO THEIR JOB now they are in convincing us and i am suppose to remember that day!!! Almost 3 months back, mind due that my bank notifications are working fine each time after using my card i get notification. Unfortunately i donot have notifications for back then. How am i supposed to go back to the same store and do my grocery and still trust that they will do the right thing. Now my transport money is gone.
