Lack of knowledge

My sishebo voucher was deemed false by Shoprite Kempton Park, but I passed it to my mother to use at Shoprite Port Shepstone, and it was accepted.

I wanted to remark that the management was illiterate, there was bad service, a lack of understanding among the staff, and the employees were inept.
