Lack of knowledge and professionalism

Shoprite liquor store is running a promo were by when you buy a 12 pack of Hunter's gold you receive a coupon which entitle you to a R20 of on your next purchase of which is a great promo. Since this promo started I have been buying at Shoprite Jabulani Mall in Soweto and I didn't have any problems at all.

Today I went to buy at Shoprite Messina in Limpopo , first of all the two cashiers , the supervisor and the trainee manager didn't even have any idea what was I talking about. I had to explain to them about the promo and they had the leaflet of that promo in the store. After explaining to them I gave them the mobile coupon then they couldn't process it. Then I suggested that they call the admin manager to come and assist.

Then the lady by the name of Lungile Mashele ( admin manager ) came to assist , to my surprise that she was also clueless. After waiting more than 30 minutes for them to process the coupon the was still nothing. Then I also suggested that they must call their help desk to assist.

After another 15 minutes of waiting while the lady on the other end of the line was just guessing on what was need to be done and saying that the problem was with the coupons of which she was thumb suckling. I then asked to speak to that lady by the name of Megan ( support office ). She told me that the is nothing they can do to resolve my issue the best I could do it to pay the full amount , then she's going to bring it to attentions of their marketing department and then someone from the department will give me a call of which it never happened.

So now I'm sitting no with one but with three coupons of which I don't know what to do with them.
