Lack of customer service from supervisors

<p>I visited Shoprite C*****dene on Sunday the 13 Aug 2017 and even though the cashier gave the best service, her manager and supervisor were pathetic. Iv never seen people with such disregard for their jobs and customers. The cashier needed a price override and neither the manager (Charmaine) or the supervisor on duty were willing to help. Meanwhile, the queue was getting longer and they didn't seem to care. To top it off, the manager made a smug remark about how she is not paid enough to run between cashiers, really? And you decide to take it up with your customers instead? </p>
