Lack of customer service

Please train your staff customer care at Sesfikile Square In Daveyton, more especially your front end controller by the name Tsholofelo. Today I went to your store to make a purchase, upon getting to the cashier, Tsholofelo and other employees interrupted the cashier to what seems to be cashier swap and a withdrawal by one of the other employees. All this time am left dumbstruck and not told what was happening or apologized for such an inconvenience. I then went to the kiosk cashier to be assisted. I then waited for her to finish and explain to me the process of not explaining, and why there was such a hurry to swap cashiers and an employee withdrawal at my inconvenience. I pointed out to her that in future she must alert customer her intentions she gave me a patronizing apology and wasn't bothered to understand my concerns. Please let her know that proper communications with customers is vital.
