lack of customer service

yesterday around 5:25 Pm i went to the kabokweni Shoprite Supermarket to ad my trips on my Buscor ticket. i hold a que outside then the cashier inside called us to que inside we were 5, i was the last one on the 5 and suddenly i heard a voice shouting at the other cashier saying "Sambo you must not assist that guy just stop on the 4th one" i was so shocked to receive such treatment from a well and respected supermarket country wide where i always do my shopping, and what really shocked me is - the lady who shouted at Sambo was on the other till busy checking lotto tickets for other customers but she even stop what she was doing to make sure that i am not getting helped . when i asked her what is the problem she shouted "we did not call you boeti we just call four customers not five and you are the fifth one just go outside to que again we will call you" what i did is i try to calm her down telling her that i might did a mistake but shouting at me like that is unacceptable especial you are on the other till and the tone you are using is not right for me, instead she even bang the counter telling Sambo that "if you can help this customer you will know me". this lady by a name of Loveness Tibane gave me a very bad service yesterday because all i wanted was a clarity from the cashier who was assisting me with a right tone and a good manner, you can even view the footage of her behaviour checking her body language banging the counter showing her angryness at me :time 5:30 .
