Lack of customer service

I was at Shoprite Thorntree yesterday. I wanted to buy and withdraw the moneynatbthe till. The cashier Zandile was sobrude and had a bad attitude. She told me that she didn't have enough cash in her draw and I asked her where should I go she to the next till. I told her that I was not prepare tongo to the next long queue as i had been on the long queue. She told me that that's she does not care how and where I got the money, with a lot of attitude.

Shoprite Thorntree I have had a lot of unpleasant shopping at your store from cleanervto cashiers. They just don't have customer service. Their service is rotten
