Lack of customer service

I went to shoprite @ quagga for the 50% red Friday sale at 07:00am only to be told that the shop will open at 08:00am, the employees were busy in store with the sale items which should have been placed the day before. we waited until 07:45 go in the store which was chaos , no wonder we always end up with stampedes and people getting hurt. Shoprite should stop giving us false info as the TV advert indicated that all shoprite will be opened at 8:00am. we asked the manager who didn't even care to explain to us why they open at 08:00am he just simply told us that he cant talk to us. As a shoprite customer i expect to be treated with respect and courtesy but today i just realised that the employees don't care about their customers.
