lack of communication and bad attitude

I went to Shoprite Eerste River to buy a few goodies. I went to the till to pay and the cashier asked me if I want a packed and I rep**** by saying yes. After ringing up all my goodies the cashier in a very rood manner said that her swipe machine's not working. I then asked her where can I draw money, cause I had no cash on me. She then asked the cashier next to her if she don't have a R200. The cashier said yes, so I went to her to draw money. I then told her to give me R250 so she said but the other cashier said R200 now she must cancel it and do it over. I then asked her who's card is that mine or the other cashiers. I also told her that she need to aske first she then pulled her face and said something in Xhosa to the other cashier. She also didn't have change and had to ask someone to go get her change and she didn't even apologies. The staff are there to serve the customers if they don't like their job they must resign and give people that want to work an opportunity, because I don't go to shop to get treated like ****
