Kobus Viljoen Shoprite Regional manager

I went to Shoprite Northcliff on 1 November 2019 to draw my pension. They had run out of money and on my return the next day I waited in a queue for 40 minutes with no help. The pensioners were not assisted timeously by the cashiers as not only was Sassa pensioner withdrawals in this queue but also those who did purchases. At my annoyance the Regional manager Kobus Viljoen approached me and I relayed my issue. His reply was "So what, Sassa day was yesterday". Is this a professional response from a regional manager. AT HIS LEVEL... HE IS UNCOUTH AND INSENSITIVE TO CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS.HE DOES NOT BELONG IN RETAIL.HE ALSO TOLD HIS MANAGER TO NOT BOTHER ABOUT ME!!! HE IS UTTERLY AND TOTALLY UNFIT TO BE IN RETAIL. I ALSO FEEL THAT IF THIS IS THE ATTITUDE TOWARDS SASSA PENSIONERS THE CONTRACT MUST BE REMOVED FROM SHOPRITE!!!!!!
