Know your job

On 3 Wednesday I went to Alberton shop rite for some few items on special including globes. Then when i arrived at home I realised my globes were wrong and I already threw my receipt away. This morning 4 Friday May 2018 I went back for an exchange and a security lady stopped me by the saying no exchange or refund without a receipt. I asked to see the manager so they can check the returned wrong items from their system, then she referred me to the worst. I believe she's a supervisor since she was clueless, then I had to get a store manager for help and so called supervisor refused to give back the items I brought back. She started to scream at me saying how young she is. She's an old lady with tiny body and think she's a young girl. She's rude with both security who stand by the door. Securities must know their place and duty so as "so called" supervisor. Their manager MaShabalala and Zamile Nkosi know exactly why they're at that shop. They must keep up the good work and educate the clueless supervisor so as securities.
