I purchased the county fair 5kg iqf with free K'nect airtime on 28 September 2021, I redeemed the voucher at 22:35pm and the voucher was accepted.

When I read the the www.termconditions.co.za it said the airtime would be loaded in 48hours, my 48hours elapsed last night and to date, I still have not received the airtime.

I would like to know why has this not been honored.

Attached is a copy of the till slip, voucher and the screenshot of the leaflet, the special ended on 10 October.

It's been more than a week since I sent a complaint and to date, there has been no response. I sent an email from my son's email address, ***, email was sent on 1 October, reference 959836..

The above is permanently not working, even today I could not log my complaint on it, please fix it.
