kind of Management is that

I was at Shoprite stadium centre in atteridgeville on 26-03-2015 at about 11:45 to buy baking powder as I was at the isle I saw a big price board sayin 14.99 then I took it to go and pay when I got to the que I the cashier she told me to that she's only taking cash so I must go start another que then she told Nthabiseng the other cashier to help me cos I was complaining but Nthabiseng ddnt even bother her self about me then I stood another que.to my surprise when I got to pay the price was different from the shelf we went to double check with the packer and she was also speechless then I asked to speak to the manager she took me to her(a light in complexion lady short with a doughnut hairstyle).well her attitude is not off management cos she told me to go with her to show her the price but the way she was talking to me it was as if I changed the prices and she kept on drooling her eyes at me then she told me that she won't help me shell find someone to help me.isn't managers supposed to solve customers queries?and not judge them of their age? Well clearly that lady is not helpful to customers really!
