I would like to give gratitude to Tshiamo at Shoprite Lyttelton. The gentleman is very customer orientated ,he cares for customers always willing to help. On Saturday I was on the queue behind the two elderly women who wanted to go in with a trolley on the till that the trolley is not allowed while they were busy complaining that they can`t carry the baskets because they`re too old he was busy with something but I couldn`t see what he was busy with but he immediately responded ,he went and took the baskets for them put their groceries in and carried those baskets for them to the till. When it was my turn to pay the price of my item was different from the isle he immediately assisted as we. For me that is phenomenal he is excellent we need people like him a lot.
