I would like to give a huge compliment to Sifiso Mphuthi at Shoprite - Naledi, I was in the store today to buy few items and I needed a cash withdrawal. I noticed that the cashiers were struggling with cashbacks. I needed cash desperately, I saw Sifiso walking on the floor and I explained that I need to withdraw cash and the cashier who assisted me said she did not have enough. Sifiso calmly asked that I wait on the side for him while he tries to gather the amount that I needed. He indeed came back to me and assisted me with the cashback. Thank you for going the extra mile.
