Just plain bad service...

<p>Hi,</p> <p>I never go to Shoprite due to the service I receive there, but yesterday was forced to make a quick stop. It was just a reminder to NEVER again support Shoprite as the SERVICE was horrific.</p> <p>First they did not have Biltong, ok I tried finding something else. I bought cake only to find out it was hard and old when I got back to the office (I bought cake for my colleagues as it was my birthday... so was a bit ashamed at the quality).</p> <p>When I got to the till to pay I had to snap my fingers just to get the attention of the cashier (day dreaming).... although she pressed the button to say she was available.</p> <p>... and to top it all, not even the online feedback form works to bring same under your attention lol.</p> <p>Eigh I will not, and will make sure everybody I know does not support Shoprite..... it is just an awful experience that you can avoid by walking past.</p> <p>Reference at the bottom of my slip:<br />C0109 @0097 10:01:24 120916 S007612 R12</p>
