Just disappointing!!

It is so sad to hear that Shoprite Kagiso tellers ill treat pensioners. Today they went in to collect their SASSA payout.

My mom was in tears today after a teller treated her so badly by the teller. She collects pension for herself, my dad and my disabled brother

She was so harsh with her that she couldn’t contain it! She told my mom she is tired of her. She was then asked if my father is abusing her! An 82 year old man who can not even walk

All I want to say is that caring for aged and disabled members is difficult. We do not need uncaring tellers to handle the old and vulnerable! It is just so unfair

The manager tried to remedy the situation but I wonder how many other pensioners go through the same
