Jerry the store manager who doesnt CARE ABOUT A CUSTOMER,

On the 21st of April 2016, I went to Shoprite to buy some groceries and then I decided to leave the store, as I was going out, the securities at the door let me go out only to have them shout out for in the middle of the crowd inside a packed mall and not inside the shop, she then asked me to open up my bag as she claims that she saw me putting something in my bag, I went back to the store to show the securities that I have nothing from the store in my bag. This really hurt me a lot and I decided that I need to speak to the manager as this was not acceptable. II got to the manager and I asked for the manager by the name of Jerry, he was in the office with some lady who works there, I stood at the door asking for JERRY and he rep**** and said Jerry is not here !!!!!!!I thought he was only joking so I continued to stand there but to my surprise he continued capturing some data on his pc with this lady and it was like I was not even there at ALL..I then asked should I wait or leave? I never got a response to that and I confirmed with the other staff members that the gentleman in the office was indeed the store manager JERRY. My question is WHY THE HELL ARE YOU OCCUPING THAT POST IF YOU DONT KNOW WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS?SECONDLY,YOUR STORE IS REALLY DISORGANISED,THIRDLY YOU VERY DISRESPECTFUL AND THEY SHOULD TAKE YOU BACK IN FOR TRAINGING.HA O MOTHO JERRY.
