Jabulani and Zola Shoprite Staff lack the ideal customer service.

Shoprite in Jabulani and Zola are very useless other taking people's time and money. They should close down these two outlets.

How can one not make a cashback at a til meanwhile the posters are right in from of the customer that these transactions can be done at any till.

How can a C-number be withdrawn on selected tills .. Money market, kiosk, and till staff from these two Jabulani and Zola Shoprite are full of themselves and have a sticking attitude.

I hope measures can be taken in rectifying this. 😡
