Is this an incinerator?

I need to express my disgust with the cleanliness of the shoprite store in Central avenue Kempton Park.

Firstly I never thought I would complain about this as the staff are very friendly and helpful, but unfortunately we're working with good here. I never saw this shop clean not that I would expect it to be sparkling as it is fairly busy but hell you people can keep your trolleys and baskets clean.

I went for meat shopping at shoprite as I think your meat is fresher than the meat at checkers, always. But when I saw your baskets I had to go show the nearest manager to proof how dirty, black and actually ******* in some of the baskets. Some of it even had in grey fluff, meaning it was real bad. So I'm taking it, since it's just black staff members there that they don't or don't have to care about the hygiene of its black customers (99%) in this particular store, so I'm asking where are your regional managers if the store managers can't look after such serious and integral issues of a supermarket. It's indescribable what those trolleys, all of them looked like. I ended up leaving the basket, I also ended up buying my meat I ended up buying cleaning products as I felt I could sponsor your shop with it.

This is a highly serious matter and I hope that somebody will do something about it. Just cos your supposedly the cheapest supermarket doesn't give shoprite the right to treat it's customers in the way it does. And just cos nobody said anything before does not mean people don't notice this.

I'm seriously appaled.
