Is shoprite Really loyal to its customers or do they just want our money?

I went to shoprite at attlyn mall in Atteridgeville to buy 5kg braai packs because the was a special that said for every 5kg u buy u get a 500g tub of chicken livers so the livers where out of stock and then Mr Ntsiza who is one of the managers was kind enough to assist me and told me that I can pay for the 5kg's and then I go with my slip to the customer services where they will take my contact details and call me as soon as they have received the stock for the chicken livers... So for as far as I know I'm supposed to be called as soon as they receive the stock and the lady who took my details has not called me yet and it's been two weeks now. So I'm just wondering if shoprite has not yet received any delivery from they just forgot about me? which means they are not loyal to their customers.
