Irresponsible Pricing

I went to Shoprite in Verulam today to get a few things. I noticed their marked down table that had the pack of Super C sweets marked R8.00. I have a picture to prove this. I go to the till to pay for my goods and am asked by Sheila where did I get it from cos it has the wrong price. She goes to the table and brings 2 other packs marked R15.00 and one with no price. I said to her that I want it for the marked price R8.00 as on the packaging. She calls the Manager who Naseera who immediately says she doesn't know the price. Then Sheila tells her its R15.00 and she says NO NO we can't give it at R8.00. I was horrified at their attitude and behaviour and blatant disrespect for customer service. Pathetic is all I have to say. I will never shop or recommend the store to anyone ever and will give them a bad reference should anyone want to shop their. For a meesly R7.00 they have lost potential customers. A suggestion, train your staff !!!
