Irresponsible manager

I deposited 300 on the 16 March 2015 then i sent the number together with pin to my uncle for him to withdraw. unfortunately he went to Mankweng shoprite on the 18 March to withdraw money with bad luck the cashier requested him to enter the pin and he done everything he supposed to do. instead of giving him money she gave him only the slip and explain that the money has been withdrawn long time. he went to the manager to request assistant. the manager without assisting him he just told him to open the case to the nearest police station. According to the slip it clearly shows that the money have been withdrawn immediately on the scene. We tried to request footage of the sin and they refused. I will address this matter to speak out until i given to the footage.
