Irate cashier

Today as funny as it is, I had to go back to the cashier and collect R1. 10. A lady infront of me asked for a plastic to be included on my slip and I politely respond I don't need cash and she said I'm not talking to you but the cashier. Im like okay cool. And what does your cashier do, she includes the lady's plastic bag into my things and pretends as if nothing happened. I went outside and checked my SLIP"CHECKOUT BAG SR 2@ R1.10, by then she didn't give me my R1. 10. I had to go back in and ask for it. She was so irate.
