Donald Tjaroo treats his co workers who reports to him badly. it is obvious he has no skills and experience of management/supervision. i wonder why shoprite should employ such people who are so unprofessional. the worst is when the other staff members reports the issue to the store manager he also does nothing about it. Donald harasses and intimidates his female colleagues. He even has the liver to say it straight to their faces that even if they report him he will win the case because the store manager is his friend. Donals needs to be dealt with in a professional way. Shoprite or the store manager at TSAKANE SQUARE (THAMI MAHLANGU) should do something about this or we will take this further.
