Insurance claim with shoprite(transrite) and paladin insurance

<p>Hi</p> <p> </p> <p>A shoprite truck had knocked off 9 May 2016.</p> <p> </p> <p>I had sent through all relevent details like quotes,the log book of my car, copy of my licence and so on and still not getting any feedback from them.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please assist.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
