Insulted by a cashier HARASSMENT

On the 10th June around 13:30 PM, iwent to Shoprite at Markpark in Vereeniging just to buy 1 item I queued at their express till for 10 minutes the lady by the name Kedibone was helping her colleagues pay without letting us know that she only helps stuff when it was my turn to pay that's when she said to me she only helps stuff, I had went there to buy something to drink only I asked her why did you not inform us that you only helping stuff she said to me can't I see that there's only stuff that she's been helping and there were other customers in the queue I said to her that is crazy why did you not tell me she started screaming at me saying I'm the crazy one!!!!!!, I'm am so disappointed, I went back to ask her name she said even if I can check her name tag I won't do **** to her those were her words, I would like to understand is this how everyone gets treated in Shoprite at Markpark???lastly I'm expecting an apology from this lady for calling me crazy and stupid ASAP.
