Injury in store

I was involved in a terrible incident at shoprite last year. A bread rack fell on me and left me with a cut and swollen arm because it hit my head abit, I had blood in my ear. I went to a doctor and got my diagnosis and sent them to shoprite, I requested that they check the footage to see that it was the faulty rack and the workers fault that it fell on me. They put their lawyers on me and I got the worst anxiety cause I had no one to help me out so I left the case. A few months later I went back to shoprite and one of the workers who witnessed this incident told me to not be scared the rack that was faulty is now at the corner of the store but she said they all knew it was faulty they just wanted more racks for bread and they took the chance. I revealed this to Shoprite and was dismissed with threats of their legal team Imagine that! It still hurts me till this day that I had no justice in this case where they knew their rack would harm customers.
