injury at store due to negligence

I visited the Shoprite USave Belhar store after work to buy a few groceries as I usually do. Once I had all the items I needed, I made my way to the till. On my way to the cashier, on the right hand side of me, there were 2 guys busy moving crates of cooldrink to be packed into the fridges(about 8-10 Coke crates filled with 1,5l Cokes). As I walked past, the crates of cooldrink fell and landed on both my feet. When I looked there were bottles of Coke all over the floor and when I tried to move, I felt this excruciating pain in my left foot. After being to the dr and sending all the documents through I received a call after 3 weeks from the insurance company and still the matter in which they go about resolving this is unacceptable. This is definitely not how I expected to be treated from such a huge company. Totally unacceptable!!! I am not happy about this situation at the moment.
