Injury at protea glen mall Shoprite

Good day

On the 01ts of August 2020 my mother tripped and sprained her leg inside shoprite protea glen mall due to poor maintenance of the shop, the was water on the floor and not even a single person cared enough about their customers to call a cleaner to wipe the water

She was assisted to the managers office by her husband and the manager asked if she had a medical aid to cover her medical expenses the store or rather company will reimburse her after she's done with her hospital checkups

After 3 months she went back to the store to submit the receipt as proof and awaited her reimbur*****t

Till date she has not received not even a call from the company explaining what's delaying the reimbur*****t, she went back early this year to enquire and the store Manager Mrs Bennet told her there's nothing she can do she must just wait,

Clearly shows how you take advantage of people and my mom she's still paying for the hospital bills
