Inhuman treatment & disrespect

Kwanobuhle Shoprite in the Eastern Cape, Nelson Mandela metro. This is not my first time complaining about the same inhuman treatment of consumers by management of this branch

Today I stood on the queue at exactly 14h39 (took note because all the FEW operational LONG queues had fully packed trolleys).

I reached the till at exactly 14h44 (1 hour, 5 minutes) ONLY to learn all the FEW cashiers had NO PACKER, that is on top of FOUR tills were completely closed (NOT OPERATIONAL).

Floor manager named Marvin Morris after I called him to ask about this situation told me their famous excuse, they are short of staff (how absurd).

This is totally unacceptable, this is pure disrespect.
