****ing on my customer right

I went to Shoprite klerksdorp Terminus by the taxi rank. I returned an electric blanket I had recently bought, I was told by management Ethel Masebe to return to where I bought it from (Mahikeng) 180 km away. Am disappointed in the way management handled my matter, acting like a stand alone instead of a chain store. When management behaves in such an absurd manner what should we expect from employees? I advise people not to shop at shoprite as they disregard their customers they have no respect what so ever for clients.
