Inefficient shoprite

Pathetic managment....went there two months ago And the card machine at the wine section was not working,went there two weeks later and still the card machine is not working.I asked the guy cant they fix it,he says" it takes too long".I went there again today almost two months later and gues what the machine is not working.Pathetic management.Shoprite needs to wake up ,they cant tackle a simple task as fixing a card machine.Its so inconvenient to go to the front cashiers with alcohol.
