Indian managers not enthusiastic to help black customers

Hi I hope this complaint finds the right people to sort it. My problem is with the Management at Shoprite Mgeni Game City and after talking about it to other people I did find that I'm not the only one who have faced this problem.whats sad is that even the staff talks about it but scared to take action cause they might get in trouble. I don't want to call it ****** bit it sure looks like it.few months back I needed assistance and that tall old Indian manager was so dismissive.she then answered her phone and I overheard that she was just talking about personal stuff.i waited for almost 20mins.late last month I saw them helping an old Indian lady and you could see that they had enthusiasm.two Indians were helping one customer.it was the tall old lady and skinny young one. I'm not saying I wanted special attention but I just want to let you know that yes we're black but not stupid.we have worked on retail we know how you think of us.because we don't know where to report you for your unfairness. And the staff gossip about you Infront of you as if you're not there especially the Lady's who work in front I don't know if they're supervisors or what but them.
